LumiRecovery Refund & Return Policy

At LumiRecovery, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward 30-day return policy.

Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Condition for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and manuals should be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact our team at support@lumirecovery.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Important: Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Products: Return shipping costs are covered by LumiRecovery. This includes items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
  • Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: You will be responsible for return shipping costs if you simply change your mind, order the wrong product, or no longer want the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

    Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:

    • Customized or personalized products
    • Gift cards

    All other products are eligible for return within 30 days provided they are unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria.
    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
    • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
    • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, LumiRecovery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to ensure secure delivery locations.

    Exchanges

    • If you would like to exchange a product, the fastest method is to return your original item and place a new order.
    • Contact us at support@lumirecovery.com for assistance with exchanges.

    Delivery Issues / Damages

    • Please inspect your order upon arrival.
    • Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
