  1. What are the shipping times?
    All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7–16 business days for delivery within the United States. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  2. Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we only ship within the United States. We may expand internationally in the future.

  3. Do your products come with a guarantee?
    Yes! All LumiRecovery products include a 30-day return policy. Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Non-returnable items (hygiene or personal care products) are marked clearly in product descriptions.

  4. What is your return policy?
    We offer 30-day easy returns for most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. Some items, like hygiene or personal care products, are non-returnable for safety reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

  5. Are LumiRecovery products high quality?
    Yes. Every product we offer is carefully sourced to ensure premium quality, safety, and durability. From red light therapy devices to massage systems, we focus on products that deliver real results.

  6. How do I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor the delivery status on our Track My Order page.

  7. How do I contact customer service?
    You can reach us via support@lumirecovery.com. We respond within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday). Our customer service hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

  8. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
    Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the item ships.

  9. Are your products safe to use?
    Yes. All products are manufactured in accordance with industry safety standards. For device-specific usage instructions, please refer to the included manuals. 

  10. How can I be sure I’m buying the right product?

  11. Are LumiRecovery products medical devices?
    No. LumiRecovery products are designed for general wellness and personal recovery use only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a health condition or are under medical care, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
