LumiRecovery Shipping Policy
At LumiRecovery, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers in the United States, including clear and straightforward shipping policies. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Times
Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:
- Order cutoff time: 5:00PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
- Order handling time: 1 - 4 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
- Transit time: 6 - 12 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on location.
- Estimated delivery time: 7 - 16 business days.

Delivery Issues

We are here to assist you and ensure your order arrives safely and on time. We are not responsible once the package is delivered to the carrier. For missing items, please contact support immediately.
