1. What are the shipping times?
All orders include free US shipping. Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Once shipped, transit typically takes 6–12 business days within the United States, for an estimated delivery time of 7–16 business days.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, LumiRecovery ships exclusively within the United States. We may expand internationally in the future.
3. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All LumiRecovery products come with a 1-year warranty and a 30-day return policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided your item meets the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. For warranty assistance, contact our support team at support@lumirecovery.com.
4. What is your Return & Refund policy?
We offer 30-day returns on eligible products. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
Certain personal care or hygiene-related items may not be eligible for return due to safety reasons. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

LumiRecovery works with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure reliable delivery across the United States. Depending on product availability and destination, orders may be fulfilled from different fulfillment locations. Regardless of fulfillment location, every order is supported by our customer service team and covered by our 30-day return policy and 1-year warranty.
